Pop Rocket Studios Photographic Policies

For your peace of mind and added assurance during your session, the following document is intended to outline the business policies and procedures used by Pop Rocket Studios.

Session Deposits

Session deposits are required to secure the date and time of your photo shoot. Payment must be made within one week of booking date. Should payment not be received within this time, Pop Rocket Studios reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client. Deposit payments can be made in person by cash or cheque, or by a credit card/debit card payment via PayPal.

All session deposits are non-refundable. The deposit amount paid will be deducted from the session fees due at the time of your photo shoot.

Cancellations

We do understand that there are some events that occur that are beyond our control. If you need to postpone your scheduled portrait session, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you reschedule. Your session deposit will transfer to the new date.

If a session cancellation occurs without notice, you forfeit your session deposit, and a rescheduled photo shoot will require an additional session deposit. We also reserve the right to re-schedule a session due to illness, emergency, inclement weather, etc.

Copyright and Usage Policy

Pop Rocket Studios reserves the right to use the negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication, or other purposes. Although we do retain this right, we do also do respect that many of images we create are of a personal nature. For your assurance we will ask you to sign a Model Release Form that provides your consent to post pictures of you/your child(ren) on our website and to use the images to promote our work. Your pictures will NEVER be sold to a third-party.

All images are copyrighted by photographers/artists, Raeleen Badham Ness and Jennifer Sutton of Pop Rocket Studios. It is illegal and unlawful to scan, copy, or reproduce Pop Rocket Studio photography work in any manner or medium without written consent. Thank you for respecting our work by choosing not to reproduce our images.

Online Gallery

Your private online gallery will be available for viewing within 2 weeks of your session. The gallery will stay live for 90 days, please make your print and digital file choices at this time. After 90 days your gallery will expire. If you would like to re-publish your gallery, there is a $25 fee.

Payment Options

Pop Rocket Studios accepts cash and cheques, as well as credit card/debit card payments via PayPal.

Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your pictures and will work to ensure that you are completely satisfied. However, due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final.

Re-shoots may only be scheduled at the sole discretion of Pop Rocket Studios. A re-shoot will only be provided free of charge for a technical problem such as an equipment malfunction. Please keep in mind we do not issue re-shoots due to dissatisfaction with clothing, facial expressions, hair style, or other items beyond our control. You are an active participant on your photo session, and are responsible for letting us know if something isn't quite right during your session. We will be more than happy to accomidate and help resolve your concerns.

Privacy Policy

Pop Rocket Studios is committed to your privacy. Information collected from our clients in person, over the phone, in emails, or through our website is strictly confidential. We do not sell or exchange names or any other personally identifiable information about our clients with third parties.
